Contract Management
Prentice Trainer holds an excellent candidate database and provides contract management services designed to fully support our clients – and our contractors.
We employ – and are responsible for – the ongoing administration for every contractor, including the provision of a car and phone, expenses, holiday and sick leave management. Contracts are set up to run to our clients’ specific requirements.
Whether recommended to us, or coming through our website, all candidates will receive an initial screening interview to identify skills, experience and personal qualities. We will then match the candidate to an appropriate contract and provide a full brief on the position and the company, before submitting the CV to our client.
